The Cafe Goosheh by Ashari Architects is a unique space located within the lobby of a cultural complex, creating an intimate environment for artists and art enthusiasts. The design blends light, shadow play, and transparency to create a space that fosters interaction between people inside and outside the cafe. As the key visual storyteller, I captured the essence of this innovative design through architectural photography, retouching, and videography. My approach emphasized the dynamic interaction of light and shadows, ensuring the captivating visual narratives of the space were preserved and enhanced. The striking transparency of the cafe's semi-transparent glass walls allowed for both internal and external viewers to experience the intimate atmosphere, and this was a critical element in my visual documentation. My architectural photography and videography highlighted the intricate design elements, while the retouching brought the dynamic interplay of light and shadow to life. The project’s award-winning design, featured in 2A Asia Architecture magazine, showcases a perfect fusion of aesthetics and functionality.
