The Vakil Metro Station by Mehrdad Iravanian serves as a gateway to historic Shiraz, adjacent to Vakil Bazaar, Bathhouse, and Mosque. My photography captures the blend of contemporary transit design with cultural elements, including galleries and event spaces. Through fine art retouching and videography, I emphasized the intricate materiality of brick, iron, and ceramic, showcasing the station as both a transit hub and an architectural tribute to Shiraz's heritage.
